My name is Juan Diego Moreno. I have an organic winery: We practice organic farming with minimal intervention and we are in Pilas, Seville. I met you through Dario, our agronomist and oenologist, and thanks to him we established contact.
The fungi we are most concerned about are downy mildew and powdery mildew. We try to progressively improve with this type of methodology and to prevent these fungal diseases, because it was a very rainy spring that created the ideal soil for the development of infections: Many precipitation and morning dew have made disease control particularly complex.
